PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems that oxygen in an oxygen cylinder is exhausted to interrupt the inhalation of oxygen, for the purpose of supporting the execution of a home oxygen therapy wherein a patient performs an action (a) for inhaling oxygen discharged from an oxygen discharge means installed in his home under a prescription of a person engaged in medical treatment in a medical institution, an action (b) for inhaling oxygen discharged from the oxygen cylinder carried by him at least at the time of going out and an action (c) going to the medical institution periodically to receive diagnosis and treatment.;SOLUTION: A cylinder housing box in which the oxygen cylinder filled with oxygen is preliminarily housed is installed in the medical institution in case of the exhaustion of oxygen in the oxygen cylinder carried by the patient who visits the medical institution for going to hospital to enable the patient to replace the oxygen cylinder wherein oxygen is exhausted with a new oxygen cylinder in the cylinder housing box.
