PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve jitters of a packet interval in an identical transport stream to be caused by multiplexing a plurality of transport streams.;SOLUTION: When the plurality of transport streams are multiplexed, a transport stream ID and a local time stamp are added to each packet constituting the transport stream, and when the multiplexed multi-stream is separated after the processing, the packet constituting the transport stream is once stored in a buffer, and according to a timing counted from the transport stream ID and the local time stamp, the packet interval of an original transport stream is reproduced, thereby dissolving the jitter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
