PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF EXTRUDED DRY FODDER FOR FISH, MAINLY FOR AQUARIUM FISH, EXTRUDED DRY FODDER FOR FISH, MAINLY FOR AQUARIUM FISH, PREPARED ACCORDING TO THIS PROCESS
The invention relates to the production of extruded dry fodder for fish, mainly aquarium fish. A process provides for preparation of dry mixture on the base of cereal crops containing soybean component, wheat boltings and additives, loading wetted mixture to the extruder, extruding the mixture with heating to the temperature over 100 DEGREE C, forcing the plasticized mixture through matrix spinneret under pressure, swelling of the extrudate on the output of matrix spinneret under action of pressure drop, formation of porous bunch and cutting the bunch to the parts. At the preparation of dry mixture on the base of cereal crops the soybean cake is used as soybean component and corn meal and meal of at least one of the dried organisms from the group of gammarus, daphnia, bloodworm, sewage worm and fish is used as additives at the following ratio, wt. %: soybean cake -10-15, wheat boltings - 3-5, corn meal - 20-80 and meal of at least one of the said organisms - the rest. Prior to loading the mixture into the extruder a cyclic starting heating of the extruder by external heater to the temperature of 150-180 DEGREE C and cooling by air to the temperature 115-130 DEGREE C are performed. After the second heating and cooling cycle the heating of the extruder by external heater is stopped and then loading of the wetted mixture to the extruder is carried out, the mixture extrusion is performed with internal heating of raw material to the temperature of 115-140 DEGREE C due to the thermal energy released in the result of friction between the mixture, screw and extruder housing; forcing of the plasticized mixture is carried out through the matrix spinneret under the pressure of 2-6 MPa.
