A supply reel of a labeling machine for attaching shielding sheets is provided to maintain coupling force between a tape bobbin wounded by a carrier tape and a reel bobbin having the inserted tape bobbin to supply a tape according to control signals. A supply reel of a labeling machine for attaching shielding sheets comprises a reel bobbin(18), a plurality of air cylinders(30), an air supply tube(20), an opening and closing check valve(20d), and a tube expanding hole(30e). Penetrated holes(18c) are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the reel bobbin, where a tape bobbin(11) enters. A pair of flanges(18b) are attached and detached to and from both sides of the reel bobbin. The air cylinders are installed in the reel bobbin by installing a tube(30c) in a housing. The air supply tube connects air distribution holes(20b) connected to the tube of the air cylinder by an air hose(30a) with an air injection unit(20a). The opening and closing check valve is installed at the air supply tube and controls injection and exhaust of air. The tube expanding hole is formed at the housing of the air cylinder opposite to the water discharge holes of the reel bobbin.
