A method for cultivating agricultural crops by using a manure container and a potting soil bag having a mesh shape is provided to effectively cultivate high-quality organic plants in a sterile environment with little effort. Agricultural crops are cultivated by the steps of: filling potting soil(20) into a potting soil bag(5); fixing the potting soil bag to a fixing jaw(1d) at the lower end of a manure container(1); filling manure into the manure container; putting a cover(3) for manure container on the upper part of the manure container; and sowing seed or planting seedlings through a through hole(3a) at the center of the cover for manure container. The manure container comprises an upper jaw(1a), bottom uplifted part(1b) which is upwardly uplifted at the center and a through hole(1c) at the center.
