The preserved food is made by boiling till double increase in weight and frying rice in vegetable oil, cutting and freezing spring onions and herbs, cutting meat, whisking eggs, mixing the specified ingredients with salt without access for oxygen, packing the mixture, pressurization and sterilization.;EFFECT: preserved food has enhanced digestibility.
