PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave integrated circuit device capable of preventing the positive feedback of a high frequency signal, and a method of manufacturing the microwave integrated circuit device.;SOLUTION: The microwave integrated circuit device 1 is constituted so that it is provided with: an input terminal 11 provided on one main surface of a substrate 10 formed by a dielectric material and formed of a microstrip line; an output terminal 12 provided on the other main surface of the substrate 10 and formed of a coplanar line; a microwave integrated circuit element 20 arranged on the upper surface of the substrate 10, and polarization surfaces of the input terminal 11 and the output terminal 12 orthogonally cross.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
