PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-angiogenic agent comprising a new peptide or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof effective for treatments of diseases associated with vascularization, a vascularization inhibitor auxiliary, a vascularization inhibitor, a medical composition, and a medical kit. PSOLUTION: The medical composition or the medical kit comprises an antibody against EphB4 or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and (i) a peptide which is comprised of a specific amino acid sequence or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof or (ii) a peptide which is comprised of an amino acid sequence where one or two amino acids are deleted, substituted, inserted or added in the specific amino acid sequence and enhances vascularization-inhibiting activity of the ephrin B2 or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.
