PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption promoter for a polyphenol compound usable for the wide range of food and drink, and to provide a method for producing food and drink or food-and-drink material each containing a polyphenol compound.;SOLUTION: The absorption promoter for the polyphenol compound has at least one selected from a group comprising serine, aspartic acid, malic acid, capric acid, lauric acid, and grapefruit juice as active ingredients. The method for producing food and drink or food-and-drink material containing a polyphenol compound comprises: adding at least one selected from a group comprising serine, aspartic acid, malic acid, capric acid, lauric acid, and grapefruit juice to the raw material for food and drink, or raw material for food-and-drink material each containing the polyphenol compound; or alternatively, adding a polyphenol compound to raw material for food and drink or raw material for food-and-drink material each containing at least one selected from a group comprising serine, aspartic acid, malic acid, capric acid, lauric acid, and grapefruit juice.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
