PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clipping implement and a film attachment device without generating failure of displacement or the like of ACF attachment by hardly adhering or leaving an anisotropic conductive film (ACF) on the clipping implement.;SOLUTION: Concerning the film clipping implement having an upper chuck 6 and a lower chuck 7 clipping the film, pairs of projections 8 and recesses 11 are arranged on the upper chuck and the lower chuck so as to be mutually fitted respectively, and further openings 9 communicating with a vacuum system are provided on end faces of a part or all of the projections.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
