PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a DNA marker to discriminate the brands constituting wheat for clarifying the presence of the intrusion of foreign brand wheat, especially Australian wheat brand for noodle.;SOLUTION: There provided are a method for discriminating an Australian wheat brand for noodle by determining a genotype specific to an Australian wheat brand for noodle coded on Glu-A1 genetic locus, an oligonucleotide detecting the genetic locus, and a discrimination kit for Australian wheat brand for noodle containing the oligonucleotide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
