GRANULAR MATERIAL FILLING AND SEALING METHOD FOR THERMO-WELDABLE SYNTHETIC RESIN BAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular material filling and sealing method for a thermo-weldable synthetic resin bag, wherein the bag is easily and surely sealed after being filled with granular material without enlarging a heat welding sealing area.;SOLUTION: A first allover sealing part 5 is formed along a mouth portion on one side of the bag, and an air vent port 6 is formed in a lateral part of at least one side of the bag. A partial sealing part 9 is formed between a crease on one side of the bag and an area in vicinity to one end of the first allover sealing part 5 adjacent to the air vent port 6. The bag is filled with the powder and grains through a mouth portion of the other side of the bag. The mouth portion of the other side of the bag is sealed by forming a second allover sealing part 10. Air is released from the bag through air vents 8 of the partial sealing part 9 and the air vent port 6. A third allover sealing part 11 is formed outside the partial sealing part 9 in a direction toward the crease 4a of one end of the bag from one end of the first allover sealing part 5 so as to seal the air vent port 6 of the bag.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
