In the foregoing papers concerning the series of studies on the “Presiton Process"many a problem involved was dealt with one after another.With a view to industrializing the “Presiton Process" the authors started to investigate the whole phases of the process stepwisely on a semi industrial scale. And in thepresent paper the treatments of some of the earlier steps,up to“Presiton S" (especiallyon the “peeling" process),in the case with viscose rayon and the specially preparedbemberg rayon in tow form are given together with an introductory remarks on theessentials of the “Presiton Process"The peeling process of the outer resin did not break very much the good effects ofthe inner resin in the case with rayon tow,but on the contrary rather improved themin the case with bemberg. And the formation of“Presiton S" type was deemed satisfactoryas treated on the semi industrial scale in both cases, affording a good foundationfor the next step of treatments in the “Presiton Process".
