TELESCOPIC COVER DETACHABLY MOUNTED WITH INSERTION TYPE BLADE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly attach/detach a blade through one-touch operation, without performing disassembly and re-assembly of a telescopic cover and replacement work including removal of a welded blade etc. and also without welding of a new blade.;SOLUTION: In this telescopic cover attaching/detaching insertion type blades, an insertion portion and a blade portion are formed in the insertion type blade, and a stopper is formed by bending an end portion of each parts cover of the telescopic cover. A thick plate portion of a holder is fixed to each of the parts covers, and an end of a thin plate portion of the holder is slightly protruded from an end of the stopper of each of the parts covers. A slit is formed between each of the parts covers and the thin plate portion of the holder, and the insertion portion of the insertion type blade is inserted to the slit. The insertion portion is held by the stopper and the thin plate portion of the holder, and the blade portion is used for a blade. When the insertion type blade is taken out, the insertion portion is pulled out resisting to the stopper and the thin plate portion of the holder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
