PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink-driving detecting method and a drink-driving detecting device for determining a drink-driving condition in accordance with a skin potential level.;SOLUTION: The drink-driving detecting device comprises a skin potential level measuring electrode embedded in an engine key of an automobile for measuring a skin potential level between fingers touching the electrode. It determines a drink-driving condition in accordance with the measured skin potential level.
