PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assistance and an intermediary system wherein a member can learn a language and make money at home by teaching the member's native tongue through "mutual teaching and learning" among members by making use of an IT (Information Technology) on a global scale.;SOLUTION: A company which is an organization to assist, mediate, administrate, and operate membership registration displays on an IT screen, by using IT and on a global scale, a list of members applying for a teacher in the home country and from the countries throughout the world by each country for the purpose of raising members' level of global language learning and enabling the member to make money at home by teaching the member's native tongue.
