PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing processed soybeans by which the processed soybeans maintaining nutritious components in soybean cells, having little smell peculiar to the soybeans and richly containing soybean single cells are easily and efficiently produced through scattering respective soybean single cells without using enzyme such as pectinase.;SOLUTION: The method for producing processed soybeans where soybean single cells are scattered, comprises a process of soaking the soybeans in water, a process of heating the soybeans under pressure in the presence of water, and a process of pulverizing the soybeans heated under pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
