PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric for engagement for keeping engaging force of an engaging surface by simple work, and to provide an absorptive article using the nonwoven fabric. PSOLUTION: In the nonwoven fabric for engagement provided with an engaging layer 5A obtained by engaging a part 6 to be engaged, a plurality of pore parts 7 are formed at the engaging layer 5A so that the nonwoven fabric around the hole parts 7 may project from a surface on the side opposite to the engaging surface 51 of the engaging layer 5A toward the engaging face 51.
