摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device provided with an image deflection correction function and capable of adjusting a fixing position when assembling this imaging device easily and reducing thickness of the whole imaging device. PSOLUTION: In this imaging device, a CCD stage 102 is roughly composed of a Y-direction stage 12 having a substantially rectangular shape, an X-direction stage 13 having a substantially rectangular shape, and a plate-like loading stage 14 being substantially rectangular. A holding mechanism is arranged on an imaging light incoming side of the CCD stage 102. A fixing member 11 is arranged on the opposite side to the imaging light incoming side for the holding mechanism and the CCD stage 102 and on the opposite side to the imaging light incoming side for a CCD 101 and the holding mechanism.
