PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having a precast concrete waffle slab layer in the structure such as a hardware component manufacturing factory or the like, capable of achieving the safety, the fire prevention and earthquake- resistance, the convenience in transportation, and the quick execution of work. SOLUTION: This structure mainly includes several pieces of common use precast concrete and cast-in-concrete pillar bodies 1. The pillar bodies have the square, circular or rectangular shape, and large support parts 11 are respectively formed on a capital part of each pillar body. Precast concrete waffle slabs 2 as several kinds of embodiment shapes and similar interconnected bodies, are combined with the support parts 11. The pillar bodies 1 are uprightly installed in advance on corresponding positions, then each of the precast concrete waffle slabs are respectively placed on each pillar body, a corner of each precast concrete waffle slab is placed on each pillar body support part directly or through a built-up member, and they are integrated by placing the concrete on each joint part to form various precast concrete waffle slab layers.
