PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device of assembly capable of easily attaching in an existing architecture by assembling having the minimum volume in the axial direction and positioning a shaft of an electric power steering and a shaft of a steering column body of an automobile in a steering shaft completely.;SOLUTION: An electric power steering assembly 10 and the column body 7 including a lateral direction frame 15 are assembled. The electric power steering assembly 10 includes a pressing face 21. Assembling is adjusted in the directions of three axes Ox, Oy, and Oz crossing orthogonally, and Ox is the steering shaft 3. Double rotation adjustment is possible by a universal joint plate 30. Double movement adjustment is possible by movement spacers 41, 42.
