Process for the production of snack, snack or pellet made from the extruded mass. This patent application for a new production process of snack, snack or pellet to be prepared by means of expansion in a microwave oven, before consumption, or by any method of cooking for the expansion as a conventional oven, electric or frying.The process of the extruded mass, go through three stages, the first being the addition of fat, oil or any element which enables the mixture or fixation of aroma; the second the addition of aroma and the third filling in the appropriate packaging.
