A kit of parts for use in inhibiting the formation of endoleaks arising from insertion of an endovascular prosthesis at a vascular site, comprising: (a) a fluid composition comprising a selected from the group consisting composition (i) a biocompatible polymer and biocompatible solvent and (ii) a biocompatible prepolymer and insoluble contrast agent in water, the composition fluidly coherent in the presence of the blood mass, which mass adheres to the vascular surface ; (B) adequate to supply the fluid composition to the vascular surface catheter, and (c) a suitable for supplying an endovascular prosthesis to the aneurysm catheter.
