The present invention relates to a heat shrinkable film for low temperature sealing and gas blocking which extends a gas blocking rate and a gas blocking time and improves resistance against impact to prevent the heat shrinkable from splitting during heat-shrink wrapping. The heat shrinkable film of the present invention includes a low temperature sealing resin layer positioned at an innermost position, a first nylon layer joined outside the low temperature sealing resin layer by an adhesive layer, a gas blocking resin layer formed outside the first nylon layer for blocking gas, a second nylon layer stacked outside the gas blocking resin layer, and a finishing resin layer stacked outside the second nylon layer by an adhesive layer.
