A discharge switching device for a shower includes a shower body (1) and a shower handle (3), plurality water inlet holes (11) are provided in the water inlet end of the shower body (1), so as to respectively correspond to different water outlet chambers in the shower body (1); a connector (2) is provided between the shower handle (3) and the water inlet end of the shower body (1), a water outlet hole (22) corresponding to the positions of said water inlet holes (11) is provided in the front end face of the connector (2), and the connector (2) is axially pivoted on the water inlet end of the shower body (1) and is sealedly fixed in the shower handle (3). When the shower handle (3) rotates relative to the shower body (1), the water outlet hole (22) of the connector (2) aligns with different water inlet holes (11), so as to select spraying mode of the shower.
