A startup device of an electronical steelyard and an electronical steelyard which could be started up automatically including the startup device are disclosed. The startup device comprises an operating and processing unit, and a comparing unit for comparing the variety of the output signal of the weighing sensor in the electronical steelyard. The electronical steelyard is started up by the operating and processing unit based on the output state of the comparing unit which is detected.
