A method for controlling the tracking of a strawberry harvesting manipulator, and its apparatus are provided to allow the strawberry to be found precisely and to be harvested easily even in case of the ununiform light. A method for controlling the tracking of a strawberry harvesting manipulator comprises the steps of (S403, S404, S405) converting the hue of the photographed image to obtain the image, converting the saturation of the obtained image to obtain the image, and extracting the ripen strawberry from the image; and (S406) moving a manipulator so as to allow the center coordinate of the manipulator to be in accord with the center coordinate of the ripen strawberry.
