A CHITOSAN APPLE THAT QUALITY AND HYPOTONICITY ARE IMPROVED

A chitosan apple is provided to store apples for a long term and to take one's apple and chitosan together by coating the skin of apples with the chitosan solution. A method of manufacturing a chitosan apple with improved quality and storage ability comprises (a) a step of washing the gathered apple; (b) a step of diluting the chitosan solution of 1-2% to 10 times and spraying the solution on the skin of apples; and (c) a step of coating the skin of apples with the chitosan solution by drying the chitosan solution with wind.
