A method for producing a 10- hydroxycamptothecin and 7-alkyl 10-hydroxy camptothecin is provided to massively manufacture the compounds under the economic condition using a photoreactor. A method for producing a 10- hydroxycamptothecin and 7-alkyl 10-hydroxy camptothecin comprises: a step of providing serial fluid stream of camptothecin N-oxide and/or 7-alkyl camptothecin N-oxide; and a step of transferring the stream through light source which generates radioactive ray which is parallel to 10-1000mum thickness d. The fluid stream is provided in a form of pipe or cube having length, width, thickness.
