A manufacturing method of a reduced graphene oxide doped with a dopant, a thin film and a transparent electrode comprising the same are provided to offer improved electrical property and conductivity. A reduced graphene oxide includes an organic dopant and/or an inorganic dopant. The thin film of the reduced graphene oxide includes a reduced substance of the graphene oxide. The transparent electrode includes the thin film of the graphene oxide. A dye-sensitized solar cell includes the transparent electrode. The dye-sensitized solar cell comprises a semiconductor electrode(10), an electrolyte layer(13) and an opposing electrode(14). The semiconductor electrode is made of a conductive transparent substrate(11) and a light absorption layer(12). The semiconductor electrode is formed by absorbing a dye(12b) in a colloidal solution of heated nanocrystalline oxide, heating the colloidal solution, and coating the colloidal solution on the conductive transparent substrate.
