A theft prevention door lock structure of a vehicle is provided to block the rotation of a rear rotor with a tumbler arranged in the rear rotor even when a front rotor is picked, thereby preventing theft of the vehicle by picking. A theft prevention door lock structure of a vehicle comprises a rotor(10) in which a key insertion hole(16) is formed and a tumbler is equipped. The rotor is composed of a front rotor(10a) and a rear rotor(10b). The front rotor has hook parts(12) protruded toward the rear rotor in order to be combined with the rear rotor, where the hook parts are arranged at fixed intervals. The rear rotor has the insertion grooves(14) corresponding to the hook parts of the front rotor.
