A Development of the Verification method to prevent door openings in vehicle crash side impact test using only door outside handle: Crash Safety (Vulnerable safety)

摘要

This paper is a method to verify the structure to prevent the door outside handle from operating abnormally due to inertia in the collision situation. The verification method is analyzed in terms of the theoretical approach and the comparison with the actual vehicle collision results in order to ensure reliability the correlation with the actual vehicle collision.
