An energy converter is provided to reduce the manufacture cost of the magnetic levitated train by decreasing the volume of the flotation and propulsion system of the magnetic levitated train. An endless track type moving body(105) connects a rotator(100) to the endless track manner. A plurality of permanent magnets(110) is arranged in the endless track type moving body. A fixing conductive material is distanced from the rotator and the endless track type moving body. The fixing conductive material is fixed to the surface or the predetermined fixture. The endless track type moving body is the non-magnetic material. The kinematic velocity of the endless track type moving body is determined by the speed of rotation of rotator.
