PURPOSE: A method for isolating starch from a reproduced cassava plant and the starch are provided to contain remarkably less content of amylase than conventional cassava starch.;CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating starch from a reproduced cassava plant comprises: a step of producing embryo bud generation callus of friable from explants of casaba; a step of isolating protoplast from the callus; a step of inducing the production of embryo bud by protoplast; a step of isolating starch from a tuber of cassava plant; a step of washing the tuber and pulverizing; and a step of isolating starch from fiber and juice, sieving, washing, and drying.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
