PURPOSE: A method for Manufacturing tin oxide powder and tin oxide powder manufactured by the same are provided to shorten dissolution-process time for mass production.;CONSTITUTION: A method for Manufacturing tin oxide powder comprises the following steps of: dissolving α-Sn powder in acid to obtain a precipitate of SnO(OH)x, wherein x is an integer bigger than 0; dehydrating the α-Sn dissolved liquid with the precipitate of SnO(OH)x; heat-treating the dehydrated α-Sn dissolved liquid with the precipitate of SnO(OH)x to obtain SnO2 powder; and pulverizing the SnO2 powder to reduce the particle size of the powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
