PURPOSE: An indium oxide powder in which zinc and tin are employed, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of indium target by using the indium oxide powder are provided to prevent generation of waste water.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of indium oxide powder in which zinc and tin are employed comprises next steps: throwing metal acetate in butanol; synthesizing indium hydroxide in which zinc and tin are employed; and manufacturing the indium oxide powder in which zinc and tin are employed by incinerating the synthesized indium hydroxide at 300 deg.
