PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of tin oxide powder, and the tin oxide powder manufactured therefrom are provided to mass produce the tin oxide powder using an alpha-Sn shot or a beta-Sn shot to decrease the reaction speed and temperature during a melting process.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of tin oxide powder comprises the following steps: dissolving one compound selected from an alpha-Sn shot or a beta-Sn shot to acide to form a SnO(OH)x precipitate in a metastannic acid form; dehydrating and pulverizing the outcome; heat-processing the pulverized outcome to form SnO2 powder; and pulverizing the SnO2 powder using a jet mill or a ball mill.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
