ACRYLATE-BASED ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM WITH OPTIMUM ELASTIC RESTITUTION PROPERTY, CONNECTION RELIABLILITY AND ELASTICITY RECOVERY PROPERTY, AND A CIRCUIT BOARD USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to maintain characteristic indentation characteristic even though the pressure after compression is removed, and to realize high adhesive property and electricity reliability when electrically connecting substrates or electronic parts and a circuit board.;CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film includes a thermoplastic resin for film formation, an acrylate-based thermosetting resin as a binder, a curing initiator, conductive particles and a release film. An elastic recovery index() defined by the formula: =(L2/L1) has a value satisfying 0.10==0.30. In chemical formula, L1 is the length extended when the anisotropic conductor film is drawn by 2 kgf/cm^2 tensile force before hardening; and L2 is the length shortened when 2 kgf/cm^2 tensile force is removed. The acrylate-based thermosetting resin is a radical-polymerizable resin having a functional group polymerizable by radicals such as an acrylic monomer and methacrylic monomer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
