PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to maintain indentation characteristic even though the pressure after compression is removed, and to secure high adhesive property and electricity reliability when electrically connecting substrates or an electronic part and a circuit board.;CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film includes a thermoplastic resin for film formation, an acrylate-based thermosetting monomer, a hardening initiator, conductive particles and a release film. An elastic recovery index(ε) defined by the formula: ε =(L2/L1) has a value satisfying 0.04=ε=0.15. In chemical formula, L1 is the length extended when the anisotropic conductor film in which 60~80 % hardening is progressed is drawn by 5 kgf/cm^2 tensile force; and L2 is the length shortened when 5 kgf/cm^2 tensile force is removed. The acrylate-based thermosetting resin is a radical-polymerizable resin having a functional group polymerizable by radicals such as an acrylic monomer and methacrylic monomer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
