A fertilizer comprising fermented pellet having fragrance and a method for producing the same are provided to emit fragrance instead of offensive odor caused by conventional fertilizer. In the manufacturing method, rice straws(12) are cut in 30 to 50 mm. The cut rice straw(14) is put into a fermentation room(70) having a drainage at the bottom(74). A fermenting agent is applied at every depth of 20 to 30 mm and the straw is covered for fermentation. After fermentation, the straw is pulverized to form organic powder(10). Yellow soil beads(28) are baked at 850 to 890 deg.C and dipped in a container of a fragrance. The beads(28) are mixed with the organic powder(10) in a ratio of 30:70. The mixture is injection molded into pellets having a diameter of 9 to 12 mm.
