A method for preparing the dietary supplement by using Cornus officinalis comprises the steps of washing Cornus officinalis with flowing water to remove the impurities; drying the washed one and removing the seed; dipping the dried one in the grain liquor; putting it in a steaming container, sealing it, and steaming it; drying the steamed one; and extracting it at a low temperature to prepare a Cornus officinalis concentrate.
