According to the present invention, disclosed is a method for manufacturing a bush clover extract, to use all of leaves, stems and roots of bush clover, so as to enhance productivity of a bush clover extract and to manufacture the extract exhibiting excellent antioxidant activities. The method comprises: a classification step of drying and cutting bush clover to classify the cut bush clover into leaves, stems and roots; a pulverizing step of respectively pulverizing the leaves, the stems and the roots; an ultrasonic extraction step of mixing the leaves and fermented alcohol of 100%, mixing the stems and fermented alcohol of 50%, and mixing the roots and fermented alcohol of 50%, making leaf, stem and root extracts through ultrasonic extraction, and mixing the leaf, stem and root extracts to make a mixture; a concentration step of performing vacuum filtration of the mixture and concentrating the mixture; and a packing step of packing the concentrated mixture.
