FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine, oncology, and may be used for antitumor immunotherapy of patients with solid tumors. For this purpose after session of photodynamic therapy of primary tumor or its metastases, autologous bone-marrow precursors of dendrite cells in dose of 3×10⁶ cells/kg of patient weight in 3.5 ml of officinal physiological solution for injections and 1.0 ml of human albumin. Introduction is executed into points intratumorally and along periphery of PDT-modified tumor, also along periphery of affected inguinal lymph nodes and interdigital space of foot or hand by 0.5 ml. The first five introductions are done every day.
