The housing (1) has an inner plastic molded part (2) with a receiving chamber (3) for a tightener (4). A metal housing (8) e.g. thin sheet component, is fixed at an article (7) and overlaps the plastic molded part. The plastic molded part is pressed at the article in a mounting position in a system over the metal housing. A supply channel guiding into the receiving chamber is provided for the hydraulic fluid supplied from the article over hydraulic supply for supply of a hydraulic tightener. A circular sealing element is provided in form of a circular edge bar (6) at the plastic molded part.
