摘要

Molds fabricated from metal and currently used in plastisol propellant work are not only expensive but require from two and one half months to three months before delivery is effected. It was decided, therefore, to investigate the possibility of substituting plastic for metal in the fabrication of these molds. The general procedure of that work was adopted as a basis to reduce costs and produce molds with a greater safety factor and ease of use, and with reproducibility equal to metal molds.
