The system has transformation units for transforming a universal serial buskey into a storage structure organized by medical or pathology specialties for safety receiving encrypted medical data associated to a specific password for the key. Generation units generate specific license number associated to creation of reading and writing units reading and writing health data on the transformed key. Reading and writing are possible if the password is entered on a computer including the reading and writing units with introduction of the license number.
