PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sterilizing a solid-liquid mixed food filled in a flexible large-sized pouch, shortening a sterilization time, preventing browning, appliable even when an ingredient (solid part) is large, and obtaining excellent flavor through mutual seasoning of a solid part and a liquid part.;SOLUTION: This method for sterilizing the solid-liquid mixed food includes filling and sealing a weighing capacity of the solid-liquid mixed food in a flexible large-sized pouch followed by sliding sterilization. In more details, a ratio of a solid part in the solid-liquid mixed food is 30-50 wt.% of a content total weight, and when a thickness of the pouch when filling and sealing the solid-liquid mixed food in the pouch is exceeding 40 mm and ≤45 mm, a thickness of each of ingredients comprising the solid part is ≤10 mm, and when a thickness of the pouch is 30 mm or more and 40 mm or less, a thickness of the ingredient is ≤15 mm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
