PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen resin composition containing no metal hydroxide, and to provide a non-halogen insulated electrical wire and a non-halogen cable.;SOLUTION: The non-halogen resin composition comprises a polymeric compound containing an olefin hydrocarbon unit, a metal oxide which is mixed into the polymeric compound, and a metal salt which is mixed into the polymeric compound in an amount larger than the additive amount of the metal oxide and releases nonflammable gas in ignition, wherein the polymeric compound contains no metal hydroxide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
