PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound-around type electrode battery preventing distortion and foil break of a flat-type electrode wound-around body and aimed at densification of energy density by an effective use of electrode reaction around the center of the battery, its manufacturing method, an apparatus, and a vehicle. PSOLUTION: The electrode wound-around body 100 includes an electrode center part 110, and an electrode outer periphery part 120. The electrode center part 110 includes cathodes and anodes of strip shapes with a coating layer on either face flatly stacked with separators pinched in between.
