BOARD INSPECTION METHOD, AND INSPECTION RESULT CONFIRMATION SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC VISUAL INSPECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control image display of visually confirmed components based on failure provability levels or determination difficulty levels.;SOLUTION: In a board inspection method, various information generated in an inspection process is stored in inspection results database 21 of a management server 2 together with good/failure determination results, and an image used in an automatic visual inspection is stored in an image database 22. The management server 2, for a component which is determined as a failure in the automatic inspection by a board visual inspection apparatus 1 and which becomes a target of confirmation by visual observation, calculates a parameter indicating a failure provability level or a determination difficulty level using the stored information related to a component to which the automatic visual inspection is carried out with the same inspection rule as the component. The management server 2, then, decides a display sequence of the image of each component so that the parameter of each component is arranged in a predetermined sequence, and displays the image on a confirmation terminal 3 based on the decided sequence.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
